We meet kids where they are and our programs build upon each other, leading to the next step toward self-sufficiency.
Our 24 hour hotline is available for kids when they need help most at 800-660-0934.
Street Outreach meets youth in places they hang out, offering drop in hours for showers, meals, and assistance over hurdles such as replacing a social security card or ID.
Family mediation and conflict resolution within our Basic Center Program helps parents and youth work through difficult times, with the goal of promoting family stability.
Emergency Shelter gives homeless and runaway kids time to make choices about their future within a safe and structured environment.
Transitional Living at the LOFT offers a home while youth finish school, work, and develop a plan to transition into stable self-sufficiency.

Our sister program at Grandma’s House provides a supportive home environment to pregnant and parenting girls who find themselves homeless or in an abusive situation.
Additional support as youth move into self-sufficiency makes their transition smoother. For kids in our programs moving into a place of their own, the advocacy and support of Phase 2 helps them with things such as apartment applications and setting up a household. Our Independent Living program offers former foster children much of the same life skills training for their move into an adult world.
We Are Here. Our purpose is to improve the futures of an often forgotten and overlooked population of youth here in Central Oregon.
We work for kids living with or without their parent or guardian who are …
– Couch surfing, staying temporarily with friends or family
– Living in an unsafe or unstable environment at home
– Unable to resolve conflict with parents or guardians
– Sleeping unsheltered, outside, in a car, or other places not meant for housing
