Social Media

Another way to help us is interacting with us through social media. Because Facebook assumes people would rather not see business page posts in their feeds, they will only show them sparsely. First to people who have interacted with the page recently, then if they interact with the post, Facebook will show it to another handful. Instagram doesn’t differentiate between people and businesses, but they also use logarithms to decide who wants to see posts based on interactions. Any time you interact with us on social media, it helps us get the word out. And each action carries a different weight. Things that require more effort matter more: commenting is viewed as more relevant than liking. Besides, we love hearing from our community of people who care about kids.
