Street Outreach Program

Who we serve

The Street Outreach Program outreaches to young people in our community ages 11-20 who are at-risk of running away, are currently out of their parent or guardians home, experiencing a crisis or street dependent.

Services include 

  • street-based mentoring
  • basic need supplies (food, clothing, hygiene, first-aid)
  • employment search assistance
  • case management
  • situational assessment
  • connection to community services

All services are free, confidential and voluntary
